Oppo is gearing up for its annual Oppo Developer Conference (ODC), set for October 17, where the company will unveil ColorOS 15, the latest iteration of its operating system. With the theme “AI, One Step Closer,” it’s clear that AI-powered features will be at the heart of this release, bringing new innovations and performance upgrades to users.
One standout feature of ColorOS 15 is the AI Note Assistant, designed to intelligently organize and optimize your notes with a single click. Additionally, Oppo plans to showcase how AI can improve gaming, transportation, and more during the event.
Built on Android 15, ColorOS 15 will introduce key features like notification syncing across devices, enhanced multitasking for large screens, and private spaces for better security. The new OS is expected to launch alongside the Oppo Find X8 series, which will also boast a Camera Control button, a Dynamic Island-inspired UI, and a magnetic charging system, marking an Apple-like influence in design.
Older Oppo models will also receive the ColorOS 15 update, though the Find X8 series will be the flagship for this software. The timeline for updates will be confirmed at ODC.
